What people usually ask
Do I need to have a large dataset before approaching you?
Not necessarily. For some projects, we can help you build or source a dataset as part of the engagement. We will assess what is available and advise on what is needed before committing to a scope.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the scope. A Proof-of-Value engagement concludes in two to four weeks. Image recognition and customer insight projects typically run four to twelve weeks, depending on data readiness and the complexity of the use case.
What happens with our data during the engagement?
Your data is used solely for the purpose agreed at the outset. We do not retain it after project completion, and we do not use client data to train models for other clients. A data processing agreement is part of every engagement.
What if the Proof-of-Value result is inconclusive or negative?
We will say so clearly. Part of the value of an exploratory engagement is an candid answer — including the possibility that a full-scale AI investment is not the right move for your particular situation at this time.
